P1111 ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES WHO REPORT TO THE SUPERINTENDENT

BOARD POLICY:

Administrative employees who report directly to the Superintendent of Schools will not be a member of any bargaining unit or employee group. The Superintendent will determine which administrative employees report directly to him/her.

The conditions of employment of such administrative employees including, but not limited to, the number of working days, holidays, vacation days, salary, leaves, and other benefits shall be determined by the Superintendent, subject to the approval of the Board of Education. Except as the Superintendent shall otherwise decide, the employment benefits of administrative employees who report directly to the Superintendent shall be equivalent to those of administrative employees in USD 259.
